Planning a renovation? Let’s discuss it

My dedication to renovating heritage buildings

Create “Kalos kagathos”

The duality that drives me is the desire to create both “the beautiful and the good” (“kalos kagathos” in Ancient Greek). My quest is to design spaces that reconnect us with beauty and offer a sensory experience of well-being, all while respecting historic buildings.

I am deeply committed to combining art and technique, and to using materials that are both long-lasting and bio-based whenever possible.

Improve “Green value”

I believe every renovation project should address thermal comfort.

My goal is to help homeowners reduce their energy consumption, improve their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating, access the financial support they’re entitled to, and increase the value of their property through what’s known as “green value”.

(See definition below)

Structured Project Management and Financial Engineering

My support is built on active listening, an agile methodology, solid project management experience, and assistance with project ownership. It also includes financial engineering and meticulous, efficient administrative coordination.

I ensure your project is secure in terms of quality, cost, and timelines. I'm here to anticipate, reduce, and resolve unexpected issues.

Bring Peace to Your Interior

I aim to help rethink awkward living spaces — those with wasted areas or poor ergonomics.

Homes often become sources of tension due to clutter, lack of storage, and inefficient layouts. But solutions do exist. I apply space optimization techniques to support your project and bring clarity, comfort, and balance back into your home.

Increased “green value”: the new real estate criterion

Carte de France montrant l'impact de la valeur verte sur le prix de vente des logements, avec des variations en fonction du DPE

Since the 2020s, the phenomenon of “green value” in real estate has been emerging. What is it?

It refers to the added value of homes rated DPE A, B, or C — thanks to better winter and summer comfort, energy savings, reduced environmental impact, and compliance with rental regulations (in France, rental of energy-inefficient homes classified DPE G will be banned from 2025, DPE F from 2028, and DPE E from 2034).

For example, a house rated F or G can be discounted by up to 24% compared to an equivalent D-rated property (see the 2023 study by the French Notaries’ Association for more details).

Important: The “green value” increases over time as the market becomes more sensitive to these criteria. Those who succeed best in real estate are the ones willing to invest in renovations to create green value for their property.

  • I combine the two skills of energy renovation and space optimization to address renovations in a comprehensive manner.

I also hold the ANAH authorization to serve as an administrative representative, assisting you with your applications for financial subsidies.

  • Having personally achieved renovations tasks (electricity, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, etc.) on real estate investments, I provide realistic technical proposals, meticulously scrutinizing craftsmen's quotes and conducting project oversight with an expert eye.

Furthermore, having worked for 12 years in business transformation, project management and risk management have become second nature to me to secure my clients projects.

  • I bring a network of trusted partners to my clients (artisans, furniture suppliers, habitologists, etc.) with negotiated rates. I prefer to work with artisans certified RGE (Recognized Guarantors of the Environment) as well as with the custom carpentry workshop of Emmaüs, which promotes professional integration.

  • On large-scale or remote projects (such as buildings or others), I collaborate with peers who share the same education as I do, along with the same values and methodologies.

  • I help non-French speakers with their renovation projects in France: technical jargon, local standards, regulation, etc. I will help you make headway in the French bureaucratic landscape.
